Each of our beautiful cottages is arranged in a multiplex fashion. Each cluster of homes shares a beautiful courtyard. More importantly, they share a deep camaraderie. Our cottage homes encourage deep friendships between neighbors.
These homes incorporate thoughtful design and practical floor plans. All of our cottages are single-level, for easy everyday living. Covered parking and walkways protect you from the elements and make outings more convenient. You can customize any of our ten floor plans, creating the home that’s just right for you. Cottage floor plans range from 945 to 1,742 square feet.
Our newest cottage additions, the Clear Creek series, opened in 2019. These 54 Arts & Crafts-inspired mountain homes range from a 1,180 square foot one-bedroom to a 1,570 square foot two-bedroom with den. Situated near the Clear Creek entrance to our campus, all of these homes boast the best of both worlds – privacy and convenience. Access community amenities just steps from your front door.
