In your imaginings, you spent each day exactly how you decided to that morning. You had countless opportunities available to you, each more enticing than the last. You felt energized by each new day because you could make it yours. Right?
All of our residents enjoy the freedom to fill their calendars however they wish. Whether that means participating in an early morning aquatics class in our crystal-clear pool or sleeping in and going out to a late show instead, residents choose how they spend the day.
Our role, as we see it, is to provide ample opportunity for whole-person wellbeing. Our dedicated Life Enrichment and Wellness staff design a wealth of programs and activities. Each of these programs incorporates the Eight Dimensions of Wellness model. This model focuses on wellness, including:
