Qualifications
To qualify to make your move to our community, you must:
- Be 62 and up (but you can join our Wait List at any time)
- Be “independent”
- Meet financial and medical requirements
Waiting List
Join our Waiting List today and begin enjoying the benefits:
- Access to our dining venues
- Paid access to our fitness and wellness center
($25 single/$40 couple) - Priority access to healthcare, if available

1) Discover

- Complete our Waiting List application. You can do this online or we can walk through it together.

2) Apply
- Submit your application, along with your $1,000 deposit. Congratulations! You can now enjoy the many privileges granted to our Wait List members. Ask us for more details.
- Determine your move-in timeframe. It’s up to you and we will never pressure you.
3) Move In
- When you’re ready, secure your new home by submitting your Financial application, your physician-completed medical evaluation form, and other paperwork.
- Customize your new home to create an aesthetic to match your personality and lifestyle.
- We’ll walk you through the move-in process as your chosen residence becomes available and you’re ready to move.
